I wrote a letter about this and I have now got three batteries. The battery charger I received with my scooter will not charge the second battery so I thought it was the battery that was faulty. Now I have three batteries and they charge with the charger that you sent me. I will see if my first battery will charge with the new charger. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused but it was not my fault.

Sorry for being late but I have dementia. I think the scooter is great but the spare battery won’t charge so I’m left with just one. I returned the faulty battery but would really like to have a spare one so that I can go further without being worried about getting stuck. I bought the scooter specifically because it has two batteries for longer trips.I would really like the spare battery please !
