Last Updated: December 8, 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pulse Mobility website and related services (“Services”). Pulse Mobility (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based retailer providing products and customer support to customers within the United Kingdom.

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree that all information you provide—including contact, billing and shipping details—is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Product Information

We aim to present clear and accurate product information. However, product colours, appearance and packaging may vary depending on your device settings or supplier updates.
Product availability, descriptions and pricing may change without notice.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.

If an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and refund any payments received.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, compliant with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Pricing, Payments & Billing

Prices shown include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment details. If payment cannot be processed, we may cancel the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate.
Under UK consumer law, risk passes to you only when you physically receive the goods, unless you choose your own carrier.

We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, images, logos and design—is owned by Pulse Mobility or licensed appropriately. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

8. Optional Third-Party Tools

Third-party integrations may be provided “as is” without warranties. You should review their terms before use.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes data as needed to operate the platform but is not responsible for transactions between you and Pulse Mobility.

11. Feedback

By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant us a licence to use that content for business purposes. You confirm you own your feedback and that it does not violate the rights of others.

12. Errors & Corrections

Occasionally information on our website may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct or update information or cancel orders affected by such errors.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity, violate laws, transmit malware, or infringe intellectual property rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law will continue to apply.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pulse Mobility from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, except where prohibited by UK consumer law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by courts located in England and Wales.
