  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Free Returns: We cover the return shipping costs, so you can return items at no extra charge.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  4. Shipping Label: We will send you a prepaid return label. Print it and attach it to the package.
  5. Send the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point as specified in the return instructions.

Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements.
  • Refund: After approval, we will process your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

If scooter requires repair or parts replacements within the 12 months of purchase, customer will need to pay for shipping costs.

Battery (As a consumable item, the battery is warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase.)

Exclusions from Warranty:
Normal wear and tear.
Wear and tear, including but not limited to coating and plating surfaces, natural fading of resins, etc.
Consumable items, including but not limited to tires, upholstery, seat covers, and lubricants
Damage caused by improper operation, accidents, or negligence
Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance or improper storage
Damage due to unauthorised modifications
External factors, including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, bird droppings, acid rain, flying stones, or metal particles
Natural disasters, including but not limited to typhoons, floods, fires, and earthquakes

Please Note: To maintain your full warranty coverage, we recommend retaining the original packaging throughout the warranty period. If the original box the scooter came in is lost, damaged, or disposed of, customers will be responsible for sourcing suitable packaging to ensure courier is able to collect the parcel. Alternatively, we can supply a replacement box for an additional cost.
